Nature Houses — Nature
The “Nature Houses” project is a small-scale project with 7 detached bungalows located on very spacious natural plots of private land near Canedo de Basto in the Minho of Portugal, surrounded by nature reserves and a lot of sunny days all year round!
The Támega River with swimming, fishing and kayaking opportunities is nearby and there is a beautiful golf course just half an hour’s drive away in Amarante.
For all Nature Houses you can choose for a own swimming pool or you can swim in the nature nearby.

Communal
There is a large plot for communal use, for example as a vegetable garden. This plot will also have a solar panel park for environmentally friendly electricity.

All Nature Houses have a spacious very big living room with floor-to-ceiling glass walls on two sides of the room for maximum unobstructed views of the garden and surroundings.
THE PROJECT
The “Nature Houses” project in Canedo de Basto consists of 7 detached bungalows located on a gently sloping hill with some existing Portuguese houses and lots of nature around. All houses have open views towards the valley on to sides. All bungalows are located on very large private plots where every owner can design his/her garden according to his/her own wishes.
LIVING ROOM
All Nature Houses have a spacious living room with floor-to-ceiling glass walls on two sides of the room for maximum unobstructed views of the garden and surroundings.
The plots vary in size from 754 to no less than 985 m².

BEDROOMS
Each XXLhouse (4 of 7 lots) has 3 separate bedrooms with enough space for a king-size bed and a lot of storage space.
BATHROOMS
The 2 bathrooms (XXL Nature House) are fully equipped with floor tiles in a color that matches the environment, just like the floors in all other rooms. The walls are tiled up to the ceiling.
The 2 bathrooms (XXL Nature House) has a spacious walk-in shower with a glass back wall, a washbasin and a private toilet.
KITCHEN
Each Nature House is fully finished, including a fully equipped kitchen.
When you get the keys to your new home, you don’t have to do anything… just relax and enjoy.
SWIMMING POOL
Just outside the Nature House we can realise your own swimming pool or you can swim into the nature nearby.
With a length of 7.6 meters and a width of 3.6 meters, you and your family and friends can cool off during hot summer days in your private pool.
